Lawrence Oxenberg, Vice President at Berger Commercial Realty, represented the buyer in the transaction. Berger has been retained by the new ownership to lease the property.

The new agreement secures 83,793 square feet of space, which includes an expansion of 14,560 square feet.

Other lease deals recently executed in the building total 27,157 square feet.
Thiel and Oxenberg represented the Seller in the sale. The buyer intends to utilize the property for industrial mining.
An engineering services company will occupy the space, relocating from its offices at 910 SE 17th St. in Fort Lauderdale.
