More than 150,000 square feet of retail space at Miami Worldcenter has already been completed, with another 130,000 square feet currently under construction and nearing delivery.
The 120,000-square-foot medical center will offer teams of physicians, an on-site lab, pharmacy, and an AI-powered diagnostic center.
The property, which is situated at 942 Northeast First Avenue, will be home to the Legacy Hotel & Residences, a 50-story mixed-use tower with 274 branded residences atop a 256-room hotel.
