Aviation Inflatables and its sister company, Survival Products, have occupied the entirety of Building M in Sawgrass Technology Park since 2016.
Bridge signed a 12,000-square-foot deal with Kahane and Associates, P.A., a consumer finance litigation law firm relocating from Plantation, and a 15,000-square-foot lease with Acentria Insurance, an insurance company relocating from Fort Lauderdale.
The deal equates to about $318 a square foot for the nearly 243,000-square-foot complex.
The deal is an expansion for Cano Health, who previously occupied 29,834 square feet at the park.
