TEN Media Sells Coral Springs Office Building

TEN Media, also known as The Enthusiast Network, sold an office building in Coral Springs for $12.85 million, records show.
Hoerbiger Corporation of America bought the 240,200-square-foot building at 4250 Coral Ridge Drive.
Hoerbiger is a Swiss compression technology, drive technology and hydraulics company. Locally, the corporation is based in Pompano Beach.
TEN paid $8.35 million for the site, along with other properties, in 1995, according to Broward County property records.
The building was constructed in 1981 and sits on about 20 acres.
