The Estate Companies Obtains Site Plan Approval For Mixed-Use Project Along Hollywood Circle

The Estate Companies (EIG), a leading developer of luxury multi-family projects throughout South Florida, has obtained site plan approval for Soleste La Piazza, featuring a 23-story building with 378 luxury rental apartments, 6,919 square feet of retail space and 1,706 square feet of offices.

Situated on the west side of Young Circle at 1845 Hollywood Blvd. in the heart of downtown Hollywood, this development represents a significant addition to the urban landscape.

In an important milestone, the City’s Planning and Development Board unanimously endorsed the project during its meeting on Sept. 12th. No city commission approval is required. This achievement marks the fourth development venture by The Estate Companies in the City of Hollywood.

“We’d like to thank the City of Hollywood and its dedicated staff,” stated Jeffrey Ardizon, principal, The Estate Companies. “Downtown Hollywood is clearly becoming one of the most desirable urban locations in South Florida. This is our fourth project in Downtown, and we continue to stay committed to the transformation of this city. This site sits on Young Circle and Hollywood Boulevard, the city’s main artery, making it the last major developable and most desirable site on the Circle, and we are very excited.”

Soleste La Piazza will deliver a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments ranging from 404 to 1,605 square feet.

Like all projects within The  Estate Companies’ widely recognized Soleste Living brand, Soleste La Piazza will offer a vast collection of health and wellness offerings and social components thoughtfully designed to create a luxury lifestyle and foster connection. The development features a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, full-service spa, health club with yoga, spin aerobics rooms and on-demand fitness and social lounge.
