Tom Hotz Of Butters Realty & Management Negotiates Sale Of Freestanding Office/Warehouse Property

Butters Realty & Management represented Keane Realty Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, in the sale of its 45,156-square-foot, freestanding office/warehouse building on 2.89 acres located at Lyons Technology Park in the City of Coconut Creek for $8,275,000.00.

The buyer, Venezia Real Estate, LLC, a large importer of unique natural stones such as granite, marble, soapstone, onyx and travertine slabs
from all around the world, purchased the facility for their South Florida corporate offices and operation. The buyer was represented by Richard F. Etner, Jr of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida.
