CresaPartners, the largest and fastest-growing commercial tenant representation firm in the U.S., announced today Glenn Olson has joined the firm as Principal, Project Management Services.
Mr. Olson’s multi-dimensional understanding of and expertise in project management is due in part to his time spent in the architecture and construction industries early in his career. From this, he brings a synergistic approach to interior build-out, move management, commercial real estate operations, occupancy planning, engineering, architecture and construction.
“Project management is a vital, yet often overlooked, component in lease transactions,” said David Prevé, Founding Principal of CresaPartners. “As part of our commitment to remaining at the forefront of our clients’ needs, including project management as a service under our integrated service umbrella provides clients a more collaborative approach. Mr. Olson will be integral to our clients throughout all phases of the transactional and occupancy process.”
Integral to lease negotiations, Mr. Olson affords CresaPartners’ clients with keen insight into the scope, cost and timeliness of tenant improvements. This information enables CresaPartners Principals to accurately account for any unforeseen construction expenses prior to the close of deal.
“Far too often the financial advantages achieved by the tenant broker can be erased by not having a tenant-focused project manager correctly factor the full extent of build out. CresaPartners added service line will eliminate unexpected financial burdens during construction while extending the tenant advisory service far beyond the close of lease negotiations,” said Mr. Olson.
Mr. Olson has represented and represents such esteemed clients as Chase Manhattan Bank, Morgan Stanley, HSBC Bank, Citibank, Comcast Cable, Miami Dolphins and the Cleveland Browns.
