Truestone Advisors Reps Buyer, Seller In Pompano Beach Warehouse Sale

Trustone Advisors has successfully negotiated the sale of a warehouse building located at 506 S Dixie Highway in Pompano Beach.

The 1965-built building, which totals 6,279 square feet, traded for $1,060,000.

Jake Zebede, Owner of Trustone Advisors, and Joseph Linder, Associate, played a pivotal role in the transaction, representing both Buyer and Seller.
