Twin Star Home Inks HQ Lease Deal, Relocating From Delray To Boca

JLL announced the successful completion of the office lease deal securing Twin Star Home’s new 15,509-square-foot headquarters to a recently renovated, Class A LEED certified building in Boca Raton, reflecting the Company’s deep-rooted and continuous commitment to the South Florida community. Twin Star Home, the omnichannel market leader in award-winning indoor and outdoor home furnishings, will relocate its headquarters to the new office space located at Boca Colony Two at 750 Park of Commerce Blvd.

JLL’s Senior Vice President Brady Titcomb represented Twin Star Home in the company’s relocation from Delray Beach, providing the Company an opportunity to showcase its dedication to fostering a modern and collaborative work environment that aligns with the Company’s family and community-oriented values. Mike Nathanson of Workspace Property Trust represented the ownership group in this lease agreement.

This strategic move underscores Twin Star’s commitment to reinvigorating its workforce through a collaborative work culture as well as foster increased efficiency following remote work during the pandemic. Having been an integral part of Palm Beach County for 28 years, Twin Star recognizes the tremendous potential of South Florida as an optimal environment for dynamic business growth.

“Twin Star Home’s relocation underscores Twin Star’s commitment to fostering a collaborative environment for our employees, especially as a consumer-focused company that recognizes the impact furniture and interior spaces can have on individual wellbeing and productivity,” said Mark Gold, CEO of Twin Star Home. “Our new lease is a strategic step to ensure the continued prioritization of collaboration and innovation as the foundation of the company’s long-term success.”

The Company secured the top floor of the four-story, modern building, previously occupied by a prominent tech company. The space features an open layout with collaborative spaces, exposed ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide the workspace with ample natural light. Amenities include open work areas, conference rooms, private offices, and space to showcase the indoor and outdoor furnishings designed and manufactured by Twin Star throughout the office.

This relocation reflects the flight-to-quality trend experienced in many Florida office markets. The Class A space offers the high-quality workspace that companies seek in attractive areas such as Boca Raton.

“With this move, Twin Star Home reaffirms its commitment to the community it has grown alongside,” said Titcomb. “It’s an exciting time to be headquartered in South Florida, given the economic and business growth the state has experienced post-pandemic, especially in Boca Raton, which has emerged as a business hub for innovation and technology.”
