Two South Florida Office Buildings Hit Market For $33.7M

Two South Florida office properties totaling 187,000 square feet have hit the market, asking $33.75 million.
Boca Raton’s 46,486-square-foot Town Executive Center, located at 6100 Glades Road,  is asking $18.5 million. The 140,635-square foot Cypress Executive Center in Fort Lauderdale, located at 1901 West Cypress Creek Road, is asking $15.2 million.
Douglas Mandel, vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, is representing the sellers.
