Two South Florida Real Estate Investors Launch New Venture, Complete First Acquisition
McCoy Berger and John Forman have launched launched Sand Lake Realty and completed the acquisition of 2999 N Powerline Road for $7,850,000.
Situated on Powerline Road in the Pompano Beach submarket of Broward County, 2999 N Powerline Road comprises a single commercial building situated on 3.27 acres of land. The facility features multiple access points and excellent visibility along its expansive frontage on Powerline Road, making it an attractive option for a variety of tenants.
Sand Lake Realty plans to implement a comprehensive capital improvements program at the property, which will include landscaping enhancements, parking lot upgrades, new signage, and façade renovations.
