Urban Core Brings Space Invaders LLC, Jetset Modern Pilates To Downtown Miami’s Wellness-Centric Clear Spaces

Urban Core’s Shai Ben Ami, Broker-Principal, and Linn Ahsberg, Retail Specialist, represented Clear Spaces, a new and unique office space designed with a people-first philosophy elevating wellness and productivity, as well as the tenant, Space Invaders LLC, a subsidiary of Insomniac/Live Nation, in leasing 7,788 square feet of space for a five year initial term with an additional five year option term

Space Invaders LLC, has been on the forefront of Miami nightlife for the past decade, led by Club Space & iiipoints festivals co-owners Davide Danese, David Sinopoli and Coloma Kaboomsky.

Clear Spaces, located at 151 Southeast 1st Street within Centro, a 37-story Downtown Miami residential tower, features class A private office suites with wellness-centric amenities; purified air and water by Clear Inc., exercise-enhanced stations with treadmill desks, a mindfulness-designed private meditation space outfitted with Virtual Reality goggles, and a conference room. Offices range from 988 square feet to 3,839 square feet and are delivered fully finished with fiber wi-fi, utilities and services included.

In addition, Jetset Modern Pilates will occupy 2,253 square feet at Clear Spaces for a 10-year term, providing ample space to deliver its signature 50-minute full body workout on its custom-made machines to the Downtown community.

This strategic move marks the continued expansion of Jetset Pilates, adding to the company’s existing locations in Brickell, Edgewater, Sunset Harbour, and South of Fifth in Miami Beach. The 10-year long-term commitment demonstrates the attractiveness and rapid growth of the Downtown market.
