Veteran Leasing Duo Join CBRE

CBRE today announced that leasing agents Richard Bamonte and Janette Driggers are joining its Miami office as First Vice President and Senior Associate focusing on landlord representation in the South Florida market.

Committed to maximizing her client’s performance and profitability, Janette Driggers comes to CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Occupier & Investor Services group, where her wide-ranging expertise includes commercial market analysis, accounting, and property management.  She has represented landlords in more than 320 transactions with national and local tenants totaling more than 1.1 million square feet.
Richard Bamonte has been active in the South Florida real estate community since 1980, representing landlords and tenants in more than 500 transactions totaling more than three million square feet.  His clients include numerous institutional and entrepreneurial owners of South Florida office properties including Hines, Equitable Life, Tishman Speyer & USAA.  He has been a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Beacon Council, the Miami Downtown Development Authority, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Driggers and Bamonte were most recently responsible for the marketing and leasing of Airport Corporate Center (ACC) and Doral Corporate Center (DCC) on behalf of Hines REIT and Hines Value Add Fund, respectively. ACC is one of the foremost business parks in the Airport/West Dade submarket featuring more than one million square feet of office, office/showroom and warehouse space. DCC is a two-building complex with approximately 275,000 square feet of Class A office space.
Driggers is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree. Bamonte holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Florida.
