Vicki Baisden Joins Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield South Florida announced that Vicki Baisden,  a seasoned commercial real estate professional and current BOMA (Building Owners and Managers) Miami-Dade President, has joined the firm’s Corporate Occupier & Investor Services (CIS) division as City Lead for the South Florida market.
Baisden will service investor clients in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale markets, bringing 25 years of property management, large asset management, building operations, third-party owner relations and leasing experience to the firm.  Her diverse expertise includes leasing and operations of regional malls, retail shopping centers and Class ‘A’ high-rise office buildings.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Baisden was General Manager and Leasing Broker for the Hines portfolio of Class ‘A’ office buildings in Coral Gables and was responsible for 360,000 square feet of property operations, leasing, tenant improvements and property accounting.  From 1994 to 2004, Baisden also served as president of property management for Stiles Corporation and was involved in the oversight of such noteworthy projects as Sun Trust International Plaza in Miami, as well as Beach Place and Las Olas Center 350 and 450 in Fort Lauderdale.
In addition to her current role as president of BOMA Miami-Dade, Baisden has been a member of the organization’s Board of Directors and maintains BOMA International RPA and FMA designations.
Baisden holds a degree in Business Management from Marshall University.
