Warehouse/Office Park Coming To Sawgrass

Biggie Investments Sawgrass Place, a Coral Springs-based company managed by John Biggie, applied with the city to build 57,694 square feet of warehouse and office space at 3700 NW 126th Ave.
The Biggie family has owned the 4.1-acre site for decades.
In September 2014, Biggie Investments paid $2.05 million for a 5.7-acre further north of Northwest 126th Ave, although a building separates it from the property where it wants to build Sawgrass Place.
