Windstar Cruises Relocates HQ, Inks 9,100-SF Lease Deal

CBRE has arranged a 9,100-square-foot, long-term lease to Windstar Cruises at Doral Concourse, a 240,950-square-foot, Class A office building, in Doral.

Windstar Cruises will be relocating its corporate headquarters, including 30 to 40 employees, from Seattle to the six-story building located at 8400 NW 36th Street in summer 2022.

“We are pleased to welcome Windstar Cruises to Doral Concourse and look forward to their success as they place roots in ever-dynamic south Florida,” said a spokesperson for MG3 Group, the property’s owner. “We look forward to welcoming more great companies to Doral Concourse.”

Gordon Messinger, Executive Vice President with CBRE, represented the landlord, in the transaction. Windstar Cruises was represented by Carlyle Coffin and Jim McGrath with Newmark.

Doral Concourse is home to various international and national tenants, including Starboard Cruise Services, Marriott International, General Mills, Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Kemper Insurance. The property offers the highest parking ratio in Miami’s Airport West Market at five spaces per 1,000 square feet and features monument signage with frontage on NW 36th Street (Doral Boulevard).

Doral Concourse sits adjacent to CityPlace Doral, the premiere mixed-use lifestyle center in Doral, and is just minutes from Miami International Airport and Downtown Miami. It offers great access to the Palmetto Expressway, Dolphin Expressway and Florida’s Turnpike.

In July 2021, CBRE facilitated the sale of Doral Concourse to MG3 Group.
