WPB Office Building Wins Awards

Esperante´ Corporate Center received two of the industry’s highest honors following a successful multi-million dollar renovation.  These honors include the distinction of being the first building in West Palm to earn LEED Gold Certification for Existing Buildings and the TOBY Renovated Building of the Year award, Southern Region of the U.S. as a result of their diligence. Esperante is now entered into international competition.
The TOBY award, presented for excellence by BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches, and BOMA Southern Region, recognized the property for its substantial renovations and revolutionary 5-Star Worldwide tenant services program and other amenities. 5-Star Worldwide is exclusive to CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners properties and generally includes concierge services, state-of-the-art conference facilities, and fitness centers.
