Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. is pleased to announce the negotiation of a lease transaction for a 11,906 square foot retail building located at 2861 – 2881 East Commercial Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale.
The two story building, formerly the home of Zo’s Off The Hook Sports Grille, will be occupied by a new dining establishment called the Fort Lauderdale Bierhaus, aka the Neuweg Restaurant Group. On the ground floor will be a German style restaurant, featuring a blues music bar on the second floor, with plans to open in the summer of 2011. The ten year lease is valued at $1,465,628.
Dickerson Enterprises, Inc. is the ownership of the property, and Neal Realty represented both the landlord and the lessee in the transaction.
