Colliers has been tapped to market a 1.24-acre development site located at 678-720 NW N River Drive.

Dubbed “The River Line,” the property offers unparalleled Miami River access and is listed for $26 million.

Colliers Vice President Virgilio Fernandez (lead broker) and Vice President Mitash Kripalani represent the property owner, Babba Joshua Yesharim, in marketing the property.
