$2 Billion Midtown Park Wins City Approval
Rosso Development, Midtown Development, and Proper Hospitality have received approval from the City of Miami’s Urban Development Review Board for the $2 billion Midtown Park master plan. This two-phase, multi-tower project will transform a five-acre site in Midtown, linking Wynwood and the Design District, with residences, offices, retail, dining, parks, and a major racquet and padel club.
The plan includes 924 residential units, 60,000 square feet of office space, over 120,000 square feet of retail, two public plazas, pedestrian-friendly streets, and an 8-court ULTRA Padel club. The development will feature two 28-story towers, two 17-story towers, and a low-rise retail building. A temporary two-acre ULTRA Padel pop-up will open during construction.
The first building, Midtown Park Residences by Proper at 3055 N Miami Ave, is a 28-story tower designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis Studio. It will offer 288 residences from studios to three-bedroom units, plus penthouses with private rooftop gardens and pools. Amenities include a pool deck with restaurant and bar, pickleball court, fitness center, yoga and meditation garden, spa pool, co-working spaces, kids club, and communal vegetable garden. Residents will also access cultural programming and events through Proper Hospitality’s global network.
Midtown Park Residences is represented by Fortune Development Sales, with prices starting in the lower $600,000s and expected completion in 2028.
