Berkadia Secures 36 Million Pre-Development Loan For ORA Residency Casa Tua In Miami’s Brickell

Berkadia secured predevelopment financing for ORA Residences by Casa Tua, a planned 77-story, 533-unit luxury condo tower in the heart of Miami’s Brickell district.

Managing Director Scott Wadler and Vice President Michael Basinski of Berkadia Miami, secured a $36.08 million loan on behalf of the developer, Fortune International Group. This is Casa Tua’s first residential curated project.

Amerant Bank provided a pre-development loan for the project, located on a 1.06-acre site at 1210 Brickell Avenue.

Designed by award-winning firm Arquitectonica, ORA Residences by Casa Tua will offer fully furnished and impeccably finished studios to four-bedroom residences with the freedom of flexible ownership, and panoramic views overlooking Miami’s Brickell, Biscayne Bay, and Coconut Grove. The property will also feature four new restaurant concepts by the Casa Tua brand, including a gourmet market, and a 40-foot-tall sky park located at the center of ORA that includes walking paths, recreational lawn, meditation and sculpture garden, and more. Residences will be designed by Italian Interior Design House m2 Atelier.

Sales for ORA Residences by Casa Tua launched in 2023 and construction is slated to begin in 2025.

The property is located just minutes from upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations such as Brickell City Centre, Downtown Miami, South Beach, and Coconut Grove, and 15 minutes from Miami international Airport.
