380,000 SF Cold Storage Warehouse Coming To Port St. Lucie

Fifteen acres of land in Port St. Lucie have been purchased by Sansone Group and Victory Construction for the construction of a 380,000 square foot cold storage warehouse facility.

The transaction, which took place within Legacy Park at Tradition, is Sansone’s seventh within the complex. The developer is nearing completion on two other structures totaling more than 2 million square feet.

The cost of purchasing the cold storage facility and the timing of its development were not made public.

Sansone Group’s Jeff Greenwalt, Pete Crane, and Hai Cao were essential to the deal’s execution.
