CP Group Announces 70,000 SF Of Leases At One Biscayne Tower In Miami

CP Group announced that it has executed nearly 70,000 square feet of leasing across six new agreements at One Biscayne Tower, the 38-story, 692,000-square-foot Class A office tower located at 2 South Biscayne Blvd. in Downtown Miami.

The finalized agreements comprise three new leases, three lease renewals, and two expansions, all completed within the past three months with a range of prominent legal and financial service firms.

  • Alvarez & Marsal Tax, LLC, a financial services and tax firm, signed a lease for a new 23,092-square-foot office, relocating from Brickell. Kevin Landers and David Dusek of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant.
  • Filler Rodriguez LLP, a law firm specializing in family law, signed a lease for a new 2,437-square-foot space, relocating from its office in Miami Beach. Keith Edelman of CBRE represented the tenant. 
  • Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, a full-service law firm, renewed its lease for 26,796 square feet of office space.  Chris Harak of Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
  • FTI Consulting, a consulting and management firm, renewed its lease for 7,653 square feet of office space. Elizabeth Balch of Colliers represented the tenant.
  • Young, Bill, Boles, Palmer, Duke & Thompson, a law firm specializing in insurance, renewed its lease for 6,601 square feet of office space. Andrew Easton of The Easton Group represented the tenant.

CP Group has also named Blanca Commercial Real Estate, led by Vice Chairman Juan Ruiz and Associate Vice President Alex Marquez, as the executive leasing partner for One Biscayne Tower.
