Lee & Associates South Florida announced the successful execution of a new long-term industrial lease in Doral.

CDM Windows, a leading manufacturer and distributor of window systems, is the new tenant. The 40,838-square-foot Class A, newly constructed warehouse is located at 10405 SW 19th St.

It is an ideal setting for CDM Windows’ expanding operations.
