EML Realty Partners Appoints Andrew Brunetto As Director Of Investments

EML Realty Partners announced that Andrew Brunetto has joined the firm as Director of Investments, where he will be responsible for acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management activities across the firm’s real estate investment strategies.

Brunetto brings extensive experience in commercial real estate investment, transaction execution, and portfolio strategy, having worked across more than $1 billion in diversified commercial real estate transactions over the course of his career. His background includes acquisitions, financings, recapitalizations, dispositions, as well as asset- and portfolio-level business plan execution.

Prior to joining EML Realty Partners, Brunetto was with B&D Holdings, where he focused on industrial acquisitions and capital markets initiatives. He previously held investment roles at AXA Investment Managers (now BNP Paribas Asset Management) and America’s Capital Partners, gaining broad experience across multiple property types and investment strategies.

In his new role, Brunetto will work closely with EML’s leadership team to source and execute new investment opportunities, optimize capital structures, and oversee asset performance across the firm’s portfolio.

Brunetto earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Miami.
