Aviation Company Leases 28,000 SF At Doral Industrial Facility

Link Logistics has executed a lease with Flight Power Repair Group, a global leader in engine component overhaul services, for 28,390 square feet of industrial space at 9905 NW 17th Street in the Doral submarket. The lease was structured as a triple-net (NNN) agreement with an asking rent of $20 per square foot.

Stream Realty Partners’ Managing Directors and Executive Vice Presidents Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda represented the landlord, Link Logistics, in the transaction.

“Doral continues to draw strong tenant demand for well-located industrial product,” said Medwin. “This lease reflects both the depth of demand and the value tenants place on functional space in one of Miami-Dade’s most active logistics corridors.”

Wigoda added, “Flight Power Repair Group was focused on securing a location that supports efficient operations and access to key transportation routes. 9905 NW 17th Street checked those boxes.”
