Codina Partners Names New CEO

Ana-Marie Codina Barlick succeeded her father, Armando Codina, as chief executive officer at Codina Partners.
Codina Barlick, 37, previously served as managing director of the Coral Gables-based real estate investment and development firm. Armando Codina will remain executive chairman.
As CEO of Codina Partners, Codina Barlick will oversee all investment, development and construction activities, and the company’s 22 employees. She will also be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with the company’s diverse partners.
She told the Herald that she was both honored and nervous as she has “very very big shoes to fill.”
Codina Barlick founded Codina Partners in 2010 alongside her father, originally as a family real estate investment office.
