CBRE’s Oretsky, O’Loughlin And Genet Rep Large Alcohol Distributor In 61,000 SF Lease Deal

CBRE Senior Associate Michael Oretsky and Executive Vice Presidents Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet represented one of the largest alcohol distributors in the United States in a 61,000-square-foot lease deal at Seagis @ Riviera Boulevard.

The tenant will be relocating and expanding from its current location at Miramar Park of Commerce.

The deal closed November 8.

Located at 7481 Riviera Blvd. in Miramar, the facility is a new, freestanding building strategically located on the Miami-Dade/Broward County line with frontage on the Florida Turnpike, offering excellent access to/from Miami and Fort Lauderdale international airports and seaports.

Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda, SIOR with Newmark represented the landlord, Seagis, in the deal. Bradlee Lord with Seagis Property Group was also instrumental in helping finalize the lease transaction.
