Berger Commercial Realty Completes Key 11,000 SF Lease Deal At Broward Industrial Property

Berger Commercial Realty announced that Sales Associate Calder Alfano and Senior Vice President Jordan Beck represented landlord Sand Lake Realty in a new 11,106-square-foot industrial lease with Renew Medic at Powerline Commerce Center, located at 2939–2999 N. Powerline Road in Pompano Beach.

The tenant, Renew Medic, signed a five-year lease at the 55,825-square-foot industrial property. Jeff Hartsook and Alberto Martinez of Cresa represented Renew Medic in the transaction.

The lease brings Powerline Commerce Center to full occupancy, underscoring continued demand for well-located industrial space in Broward County.

Renew Medic selected the property for its central Broward location, convenient access to major highways and functional space layout, which supports the company’s innovative business model.
