Berger Commercial Realty has arranged an office expansion and long-term lease renewal for Atlas Ocean Voyages at 1 East Broward Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The transaction brings the cruise operator’s office footprint at the property to 15,000 square feet.
