Scarpino Duo Leases 125,000 SF To TM Windows

Michael Scarpino, CCIM and Jennifer Scarpino of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. represented the landlord in the lease of 124,894 rentable square feet of warehouse, manufacturing and showroom space at the 1543 North Powerline building at Superior Commerce Park, according to a release.
TM Windows, LLC leased the entire building.
The three building, 339,554-square-foot Superior Commerce Park is located at 1541, 1543 and 1551 North Powerline Road in Pompano Beach. The lease term was for ten years.
The tenant was represented by Michael Crissy of Stiles Realty.
