Akerman Relocating WPB Office

Akerman Senterfitt is moving its West Palm Beach office to Phillips Point, one of the most recognizable office locations in the city, from its current location at Esperanté Corporate Center, located at 222 Lakeview Avenue.
About 40 attorneys work in the office, which has quadrupled in size since opening in 1995, the firm said in an emailed statement.
The new lease includes 40,000 square feet and allows room for expansion. The anticipated move date is Sept. 1.
Phillips Point is a 1,000,000 square foot office complex on 4.23 acres including two office towers, East and West. Tenants include Greenberg Traurig, FTI Consulting, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
Miami-based Akerman recently became the largest law firm in South Florida by number of attorneys, according to the Business Journal’s List of the Top 150 Law Firms.
