AtlanTech Tower Signs New 12,000 SF Tenant

Landmark Education, a San Francisco-based educational program company, has signed a new lease for 12,265 square feet of Class-A office space at the AtlanTech Tower in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
The landlord, New Boston Fund, was represented by Andrew Ackerman and Timothy J. Talbot of ComReal Fort Lauderdale in this transaction. Landmark Education was represented by Russell Bornstein and Michael Wilson of CBRE.
The AtlanTech Tower is a 413,426-square-foot, 12-story building along US-1, approximately half a mile from the Intracoastal Waterway at the eastern edge of the Cypress Creek submarket. The property sits on a 9.8-acre site and is in close proximity to multiple medical facilities and luxury housing communities.
Other notable tenants at the property include Whole Foods, AT&T and CHG Healthcare.
