Anthony Librizzi Completes Largest 2010 North PB County Lease

CBRE announced today that Anthony Librizzi, Vice President, recently completed North County’s largest office transaction in 2010.
Mr. Librizzi represented the landlord in a 35,324 sq. ft. lease at Riverwalk Center, located at 150 S. US Highway One in Jupiter, Florida.
The lessee, GenSpring, a private wealth-management firm, selected the Riverwalk Center for their new headquarters location.  They were represented by Mark Montgomery with CNL Real Estate.
