CBRE announced today the addition of two notable retail brokerage professionals, Roxanne Register and Lynette Green. The team will focus on providing landlord and tenant representation to retail property owners, clients and landlords throughout South Florida. They will be based in CBRE’s Boca Raton office.

Register founded ReCor Realty Advisors LLC in Boca Raton in January 2007 as president and broker. The firm specialized in retail, consulting with landlords on new project development, leasing, sales and ground leasing of outparcels. Register’s background encompasses 25 years in real estate in South Florida which includes five successful years with CBRE from May 1995 through June 2000 as a retail brokerage representative.
Green joined ReCor in 2010, backed by 20 years of experience with CBRE, where she managed all aspects of commercial real estate services for retail properties. With ReCor, Green specialized in leasing specialty retail, grocery-anchored retail and strip centers.
Select clients represented by Register and Green include TIAA, Equity Properties and Development, Mass Mutual, GE Capital, Invesco, and Bell Partners Inc as well as a significant number of local and regional landlords and a variety of national retailers.
