2nd Industry Veteran Parts Ways With Colliers, Joins CBRE

In this role, Ellis-Cutler, who joined Colliers International in 1991, will specialize in representing institutional quality owners of office real estate

Ellis-Cutler is a highly regarded leader in the office segment throughout Florida. Prior to joining CBRE, she served as Senior Vice President and Partner with Colliers International, where she was responsible for overseeing the office tenant representation and landlord teams in South Florida. She also directed the leasing and marketing of several institutionally owned office buildings, totaling millions of square feet, including the Alhambra Plaza and Alhambra West Office Buildings and the Palmetto Bay Village Center, and others in the Miami CBD, Coral Gables and surrounding submarkets.
Carol is a board member of NAIOP South Florida along with being a board member and Programs Director for CREW Miami, and the past Chairman of St. Thomas University’s President’s Board of Advisors and now serves on their School of Business Advisory Board. She previously served on the executive committee and board of directors for the North Dade Chamber of Commerce and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. Her past achievements and awards include the Power Broker Award for Miami-Dade County from CoStar Group and Real Estate Forum, Top Women in Florida Commercial Real Estate selection by Florida Real Estate Journal and finalist recognition for the Awards of Excellence for Creative Transaction of the Year from NAIOP South Florida.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from St. Thomas University and a degree in International Studies from the Universidad de Maria Christina in Spain.
CRE-sources reported yesterday that industry veteran David Metalonis announced his departure from Colliers International South Florida to join Lionheart Capital as Chief Investment Officer and Partner.
