Sentry Data Systems To Relocate South Florida Office

CBRE has facilitated a new 10,700-square-foot office lease to Sentry Data Systems, an affiliate of The Craneware Group, a leading healthcare technology firm with its global headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland.

In Q1 2024, Sentry Data Systems will relocate its employees from its current office at 800 Fairway to Hillsboro Center, a 118,426-square-foot, Class A office building located at 600 West Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach.

CBRE’s Joseph Freitas, John Criddle, and Max Pawk handled lease negotiations on behalf of ownership, Boca Raton-based Grover Corlew. Sentry Data Systems was represented by Jeremy Hakala, Clay Sidner, and Brandon Shores of Newmark.

Ownership of Hillsboro Center is currently executing a comprehensive capital improvement program to be completed this year, including the build out of speculative office suites that will range between 1,869 square feet to 3,899 square feet. The suites will feature an industrial modern design with exposed ceilings, hospitality-style furniture, a neutral color palette with woodgrain and steel-plate inspired textures, and high-end finishes. The six-story building will also receive full renovations to its lobby and corridors, a new outdoor patio with seating extending from the main entrance, a new tenant lounge and fitness center on the second floor.

“The renovation plan ownership is executing will position Hillsboro Center as the premiere office building in Deerfield and continue to attract new tenants like Sentry Data Systems to the property,” said Freitas, a First Vice President with CBRE.

Situated in the East Boca submarket on Deerfield Beach’s most established business corridor, the property offers tenants immediate access and visibility from Interstate 95 and direct access to the Sawgrass Expressway from SW 10th Street. Its proximity to the Dixie Highway overpass provides employees with quick access to East Boca restaurants and retail.

“After extensively canvasing the market, Hillsboro Center became the obvious choice. Craneware is extremely excited for their rebranded and reimagined workspace,” added Newmark Managing Director Hakala. “The opportunity to broadcast their signage atop the building and overlooking Interstate 95 was a key factor in choosing 600 Hillsboro.”
