Atlantic Commercial Group Completes Sale Of Downtown Delray Building

Gary Broidis, Principal of Delray Beach-based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc. recently announced the completion of the sale of 630-638 E. Atlantic Avenue, located in downtown Delray Beach.
Located directly on Atlantic Avenue and approx. 1 block east of Federal Highway, the property is comprised of approximately 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and 2^nd floor office space.
The sales price was not disclosed.
Per Gary Broidis, this was an “off-market” transaction. Broidis is a limited partner of the Buyer, a subsidiary of Thor Equities, based in New York City.
 

“Located directly across the street from the proposed Atlantic Crossing project, this property represents a significant property on the Avenue that is well-positioned for long term growth and appreciation,” said Mr. Broidis.
