Gary Broidis, Principal of Delray Beach-based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc., recently completed the $11,250,000 sale of the Barclay Square Shopping Center, located in Greenacres.
Barclay Square, a 78,000-square-foot retail center, anchored by Tapatia Supermarket, has changed hands for the first time in over 25 years.
The property is located at the intersection of 10th Avenue N. and Jog Road and serves the community of Greenacres, Lantana and surrounding areas.
