Douglas K. Mandel, vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, is representing the seller, a limited liability company based in Hollywood.

“The park is situated off Interstate 95 and Ives Dairy Road, “in a high-density region of South Florida that offers convenient access to all nearby airports and seaports,” says Mandel.
