Aventura's Newest LEED Gold Designed Office Building Tops Off

Aventura Optima Plaza, a Class A office and medical development located at 21500 Biscayne Boulevard, Aventura, has officially topped off and is on schedule for delivery in July 2012.
Colliers International South Florida’s Executive Vice President Randy Olen exclusively represents the +/-117,000-SF office project, which consists of a nine-story office tower fronting Biscayne Boulevard, as well as a four-story medical building, connected by a covered parking structure.

In addition, the terrace on the fifth level of the garage structure  will connect the two buildings and will feature fountains and reclaimed wood decks with tenant seating areas, as well as beautiful landscaping.
The project features office and medical space for lease , touting high quality finishes, accessible covered parking and a Biscayne Boulevard location within close proximity to fine dining and retail in Aventura.
The project was designed by the prestigious Mexican firm Arquitectos Brom Asociados in association with Behar Font and Partners.
