Avison Young announced today that it has been awarded the office leasing assignment for the Four Seasons Tower, located at 1441 Brickell Avenue in Miami. The class A trophy asset’s 250,000 square feet of office space bring Avison Young’s agency office leasing portfolio to 25 million square feet statewide, all of which were secured within the past three years.
Avison Young’s Wayne Schuchts, Principal, Donna Abood, Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Miami operations, and Teri Jarp, Associate, have been assigned as the exclusive leasing agents for the 90 percent occupied Four Seasons Tower office component. The team was selected based on their expertise in successful lease negotiation and renewals.

To ensure the delivery of timely, quality service to ownership and tenants, Avison Young will establish a satellite office at Four Seasons Tower. In addition to the onsite leasing staff, Principals Keith Edelman and Scott Goldstein will operate from this location.
