Avison Young To Spearhead Leasing Of 550,000 SF Of Brand New Office Space In Sunrise

Avison Young has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for 550,000 square feet of office space within Metropica, the greatly anticipated urban high street development encompassing 65-acres and more than 4 million square feet of world-class residential, commercial, hotel, conference and public spaces at 1800 NW 136th Avenue in Sunrise.
Avison Young’s Principals Keith O’Donnell, Michael Fay, and Donna Abood will strategically market Metropica’s two office components: 150,000 square feet of class A office atop of street-level retail to the south of the project and 400,000 square foot business park campus with parking garages to the north.
