Primary Source, Inc. has purchased a 12,834 SF industrial/flex building at 4900 NE 11th Ave., in Oakland Park. The building was built in 1969.
The company, a wholesaler of high end batteries for cell phones, computers and electronic systems, elected to purchase their own building rather than continuing to lease at their current location at 5731 NE 14th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, according to Jeffrey Scott, Senior Vice President with Brenner Real Estate Group. Scott represented the buyer.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The seller, 4900 Bldg, LLC, purchased the building, in February, 2006, for $1,060,000. 4900 Bldg., LLC was represented by Patrick Conness of Stiles Realty.
