Beer Distribution Giant Inks Deal For West Palm HQ Office

Reyes Holdings, a Chicago-area food and beer distribution giant, is opening a headquarters office in West Palm Beach,
With $23 billion in revenues, Reyes Holdings is ranked 12th on Forbes’ list of America’s Largest Private Companies.
In October, the beer distributor signed a lease for 16,000 square feet at Phillips Point office complex, located at 777 South Flagler Drive. Reyes Holdings will take the 15th floor in the west tower, which formerly was occupied by FTI Consulting. Plans are to be in the space by Jan. 1, said JLL vice president Kevin McCarthy, who represented Reyes in the deal.
Early this month, Reyes Beverage Group announced an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Gold Coast Beverage Distributors, Inc. of South Florida, according to a release.
The transaction is anticipated to close in January.
 

Ray Guerin, Chief Executive Officer of Reyes Beverage Group, said, “Gold Coast Beverage Distributors is one of the premier beer distributors in the country, and we are very excited by this opportunity to expand our operations in the State of Florida.”

Gold Coast Beverage Distributors distributes over 27 million cases of beer to more than 10,600 licensed retailers across the Counties of Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach from warehouses in Pompano Beach, Doral, Homestead and Rockland Key.

A Reyes Beverage Group company, which will operate as Gold Coast Beverage, will distribute beer from some of the world’s most recognized brewers and importers, including Constellation
Brands, MillerCoors, Yuengling, Heineken USA, Mark Anthony Brands, Diageo-Guinness USA, and Pabst. The portfolio will also include products from craft breweries Boston Beer, Lagunitas
Brewing, New Belgium and Sierra Nevada Brewing.
