Berger Commercial Closes Two Office Lease Transactions Totaling More Than 18,000 SF

Berger Commercial Realty brokers Michael Feuerman, Esq., CCIM and Jonathan Thiel recently closed two lease transactions totaling 18,843 square feet of office space in Fort Lauderdale.
Feuerman and Thiel represented Parkson Corporation in subleasing 13,205 square feet of space to American Resource Management Group, LLC at 1401 W. Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale. The 76,703-square-foot office building is located within minutes of I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike.
Additionally, Feuerman represented Fulmer, LeRoy & Albee, LLC in leasing 5,638 square feet of office space from California State Teachers Retirement System at Coastal Tower, located at 2400 E. Commercial Blvd.
Brokers Joe Byrnes and John Forman represented Forman Industrial Land, LLC in leasing 65,340 square feet of land (1.5 acres) to Freeman Expositions, Inc. at Reese Road and the southwest corner of Florida’s Turnpike and I-595 in Davie. The property provides convenient access to I-95, State Road 7, Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
