Berger Commercial Realty Adds Sales Associate

Jordan Yates has joined Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International’s Fort Lauderdale office as a Sales Associate.

Mr. Yates specializes in providing tenant representation services including lease acquisition and disposition, subleasing, and purchasing.

A Chicago native and resident of Fort Lauderdale, Yates is an entrepreneur, investor and real estate broker in the state of Florida. He joins Berger Commercial Realty with a background in digital marketing and supply chain management. Prior to his career in real estate, Yates worked with small businesses and corporate customers spanning healthcare, retail, hospitality and enterprise customers on web development, online lead generation, and consumer product development and manufacturing.

Previous clients he has serviced include the U.S. Department of Commerce, Marriott, Walgreens, and RHA Electronics, Lettuce Entertain You, and Home Depot.

Mr. Yates earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science from Wheaton College, Illinois.
