Berger Commercial Realty Facilitates Sale Of Waterfront Property In Fort Lauderdale

Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International Sales Associate Jake Michels successfully represented the Buyer, JLK MGT, LLC, in the purchase of a prime waterfront parcel located at 94-96 Hendricks Isle in Fort Lauderdale.

The sale closed on December 17 at a purchase price of $4,375,000.

The .29-acre lot, featuring 100 feet of waterfront, is ideally positioned just minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beach, making it an excellent location for luxury residential development. Currently home to two vacant multifamily buildings, the property will be demolished to make way for a new high-end development featuring exclusive residences.
