Berger Commercial Realty’s Joe Byrnes, Jake Michels Negotiate 5-Year Retail Lease Deal On Behalf Of The Peach Cobbler Factory

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Senior Vice President Joseph P. Byrnes and Sales Associate Jake Michels represented The Peach Cobbler Factory in a 2,000-square-foot, 5-year lease deal at Crossroads Square located at 212 University Drive in Pembroke Pines.

The Peach Cobbler Factory offers twelve flavors of cobbler, six types of cinnamon rolls, twelve flavors of banana pudding as well as a variety of cold brew beverages. Led by CEO Greg George and former Albertsons CEO Chairman Larry Johnston, The Peach Cobbler Factory is currently expanding in 19 states and will have 50 locations opened by 2023. The company has franchise commitments for an additional 200 locations and have recently moved its corporate headquarters to South Florida.

“We are excited to be a part of The Peach Cobbler Factory’s very first location in South Florida,” commented Michels. “They offer an exciting concept, and their welcoming environment will provide a great place to bring the whole family. They have plans to open thirty additional corporate locations in South Florida over the next three to five years. We are actively seeking second generation food service locations of 1,000-1,500 square feet.”

The landlord, LSG1 CROSSROADS SQUARE, LLC, was represented by Leandro Pereira and David Eggnatz of Katz & Associates.
