Berger Commercial Realty’s Jordan Beck Negotiates 20,000 SF Relocation Deal

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Sales Associate Jordan Beck represented the tenant, Trans Van Lines, in a 5-year, 19,573-square-foot lease at Port 95 Commerce Park, located at 3044 SW 42nd St. in Fort Lauderdale.

Trans Van Lines offers a variety of moving services including packing, disassembly, loading, transporting, unpacking, assembling, and placement. The company will be relocating from its existing space in Hollywood. Port 95 allows the company to remain in proximity to all of its staff while providing more immediate access to highways.
